Breakfast Club: A Nourishing Start

Our day began with the Breakfast Club, where primary pupils and their families came together to share a healthy breakfast, engaging in conversations that set a positive tone for the day. This initiative not only promoted healthy eating but also fosterered a sense of belonging and connection among our younger pupils and their families.

Transcendental Meditation: Finding Inner Peace

In the afternoon, students from Years 6–11 gathered in the Maharishi Dome for a group Transcendental Meditation session. This practice, known for its benefits in reducing stress and enhancing focus, provided our students with a moment of calm and reflection. Parents were invited to join, reinforcing the importance of family and community in supporting mental health.

A Community United

These events were more than just activities; they were a testament to our commitment to mental well-being. By coming together, we not only celebrated World Mental Health Day but also strengthened the bonds that make our school a supportive and caring community.

Looking Ahead

As we continue to prioritise mental health, we are reminded that every small act contributes to a larger impact. We look forward to more opportunities to nurture well-being and create a space where every member of our community feels valued and supported.
