TM is both easy and effective.

Transcendental Meditation (TM) is a simple, effortless mental technique.

More than 200 published, peer-reviewed scientific studies show that TM can not only reduce stress, it can improve academic performance; brain wave coherence, memory, intelligence, self-actualisation, self-confidence and student grades have all been shown to improve with regular practice of TM.

Students will practice TM for a few minutes twice each day.
